Youth

St. Paul's Youth Group meets every Sunday morning, 9:00-10:15, in the church basement. We have a very casual setting with couches, ping pong table, foosball, refrigerator and microwave. We start out with a short business meeting and than move into a bible study. Our bible studies are subjects that pertain to youth and things they may experience while in high school or college. It is a relaxed atmosphere with discussion and reading God's word. Our mission for St. Paul's Youth is: serving God as we serve others. We do a couple of servant events in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, 3 times a year, as well as volunteer work for the town of Watertown. We've also gone water skiing and tubing, fishing, bowling, hayrides, super bowl parties, snow tubing and other fun activities. We plan 1-2 activities a month. Once a year we take a week long mission trip. We've done mission work in Florida, Wisconsin and every 3rd year we go to Jamaica for our mission trip.

Our first priority as Youth Group Directors is that the youth grow in their faith in their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and what He has done for them. We try and do this by:studying God's word, serving others through our mission projects and having fun and fellowship with other Christians.

Call to Action

The Outreach Team has identified a wonderful opportunity for our youth to join the Sunday greeting team.  As part of this team, you will team up with other kids and adults to greet and welcome people to our Sunday Service.

If you can say, “Good Morning” or “Hello” and shake a hand or two, you are perfect for this ministry.  Youth and adults will be working side-by-side as they welcome others to our church.

This opportunity is intended for all kids age 12 or older.  To sign-up, please fill out this form
